Lensed Fiber and Assembly
K Lab supplies a variety of standard and custom lens-tipped fibers that
eliminate the need for using separate lenses. The tip of the fiber is
formed into a variety of lens such as wedge, cone, and angled shape. K Lab
also offers the whole fiber assembly with propriety ferrule mounted on
bare fiber with non-organic adhesive sealing.
No metal coating on fiber tip is required for the mounting.
As a result, we simplify the process, at the same time we eliminate
the stress that could be introduced on fiber due to metal deposition and
soldering.
